We offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items provided they are returned in their original condition with all 16ARLINGTON tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain delicate items and pierced jewelry are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included to avoid a rejected return.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our quality control team.
